New Engine Optimization

The NEO engine uses an instant heating system with a unique insulation mechanism, that reduces not only heat dispersion but also energy consumption. It works almost instantly, allowing only the necessary amount of water for the extraction to be heated, thus reducing energy-related costs

Brew Control on Head

You can control almost everything you need on the head. Some settings require the app, but the thought has gone into ensuring daily functions can be done without it. The display goes dark when not in use – thoughtful design.

The Steam Wands Exclusive Design

The unique design offers infinite possibilities: the wand allows using different size pitchers and has a dedicated space to purge. It simplifies the cleaning procedure and avoids any burn injuries.

Steam Electronic Control With Cool Touch Steam Wand

Unlike other machines of its category that have manual steam levers, PRIMA equips an electronic lever.

The system Steam-by-Wire allows a significant steam dispensing control with a pressure of up to 2.5 bar (the standard measure is 2.1) and an elevated power/speed ratio. The machine guarantees increased high-quality dry and saturated steam production to compose an excellent milk cream as quickly as possible. For example, a 2 bar pressure heats 250gr of milk (the equivalent of two cappuccinos) in less than 18 seconds.

This high productivity is a perfect match with reliable temperature stability, even if the time intervals are relatively close.

Wifi Connection

Everything becomes even simpler, just like using an app and being fully connected. It's possible to set the temperature and see the extraction time along with the steam and hot water from the app. The user can also verify the machines' performance and the energy-saving-all the functions of a professional device at hand, controlled by a user-friendly and straightforward app. PRIMA is an espresso coffee machine that takes advantage of the digital revolution and is in constant contact with the user. The app can create recipes, share them with other users, or set recipes recommended by their roaster or barista. The app can also become a recipe-sharing instrument by going to the section 'Cloud recipe' of the Victoria Arduino app.

Group Cover

The keypad simplification with three keys and led lights that flash if an alarm is detected, for example, a machine overheating or an empty tank, allows the barista to control the extraction in an even more efficient manner.

Ghost Display

The display is perfectly integrated into the machine's group cover. Once the dispensing has finished, it disappears and blends into the machine's group cover design.

Low Environmental Impact

The constructive approach strongly reduced the machine's volumes, thus reducing environmental impact while keeping performance high.
